At Kryelet Studios Private Limited, we value your shopping experience and aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds can be requested.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received an incorrect product compared to your order.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of product delivery. To process your request, you must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
  • Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or usage.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Products without original packaging or accessories.
  • Items returned without valid proof of issue.
  • Cosmetics, personal care items, or hygiene-sensitive products once opened.

Return Process

Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it within 1–3 business days.

If approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup when feasible.
  • If pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to ship the product to us.

After the returned item is received, it undergoes quality inspection. Refund approval is based on successful inspection results.

Refund Process

Once the return is approved and inspected, your refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment used during checkout.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product issue is verified as an error from our end.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, you can request it during the return process. Replacement approval depends on product availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Products Not Eligible for Refund

  • Returns based on personal preference or change of mind.
  • Minor color or appearance variations.
  • Products damaged after delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before processing or dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be approved. Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 2–5 business days.
